DO GOOD BECAUSE IT IS GOOD

Gone are those days when doing good was just for the fun of it and helping others with no intention other than to see smile and happiness on the face of the person the good is going to. In this 21st century doing good comes with a question mark attached to it such as what will be my gain/benefit if I help? Forgetting that we may not reap where we sow but will definitely reap what we sow when the time comes. Ekpe was a final year student while Essang was his junior boy and roommate. Both enjoyed their stay for the time as long as it lasted meanwhile Ekpe treated Essang well with no intention of getting any reward. Two years later Ekpe was a graduate and Essang was doing his Industrial training somewhere and had an opportunity to recommend someone for a job and the only person that came to his mind was Ekpe. Ekpe got the job without any struggle just because he was good and doing good. The scripture encourage us never to give up in well doing meaning that doing good should be in season and out of season.
