There is a limit to which a man can help you but the Holy Spirit's help is unlimited. John 14:16-17 -And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
The Holy Spirit is the third person in trinity. He is the voice of God. Without His help, life can be very frustrating and Man completely helpless.As good as human helpers are they may not be there when you need them most but the Holy Spirit is always there 24/7. John 14:26 " But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you" .
4Basic things the Holy Spirit will help you with.
1)He impacts with power. Acts 1:8" But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth". The Holy Spirit fuels you to accomplish the task set before you. The Holy Spirit fuels you to do the work that God wants you to do… no matter your profession. Acts 10:38" How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him".
2)The Holy Spirit helps us to pray. Romans 8:26 - 27"Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
3) The Holy Spirit helps us to obey God's Word. Ezekiel 36:26-27" A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
4) The Holy Spirit helps live above sin. Romans 8:12" Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. The list is inexhaustible..
