There's a saying that if everything starts and end with you' it's an error. Mark 3:13-15"And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him. 3:14" And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, 3:15 "And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:. A time comes when one becomes inactive and unable to run around as usual by reason of age, sickness, of being incapacitated or death . The big question is who have you raised to fill the gaps or carry on 'knowing that success is transgenerational. The truth is that any one that serves only its generation has no intention to leave a good legacy. Your contribution to the people around you or life is not only vehicle, is not an empire, not cash, not titles but raising a successor.
Why it's important.
There is is no star that shines for ever.
Life is tied to seasons and timing.
There is a time to be on the stage and a time to step aside of the stage of life.
To succeed in raising successors.
Select people you discover are potential carriers.
Impact your knowledge on them.
Share your failures, experiences, skills and resources with them.
Create platforms for them.
Correct them (using which ever method works for them).
Celebrate them when they succeed.
