GOD IS A REWARDER
The God we serve is a great rewarder.Genesis 15:1" After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward"
Those that God rewards!
1) He rewards those who diligently seek Him.
Hebrews 11:6"Andwithout faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
2)He rewards those who are faithful
3)He rewards those who are upright .
4)He rewards those who are persecuted because of their devotion and commitment to God Matthew 5:11-12" Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.Luk 6:22-23 "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. 23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
5)He rewards those practice and show case the character of Christ.Matthew 5:43-48" Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. (Luk 6:31-38)
