Bible Reading: 1 Samuel 16:10-11

There is nothing wrong with starting small but there is everything wrong to end small. When God brings you out of the bush, men will stand and wait till you come out just as they stood for David till he came out. BUSH is simply an acronym meaning:
B – The BENT of life. When you are in the bush to rise is difficult. When you are in the bush promotion will come and pass you by.
U – Unfulfilled Life. No fulfilment in what you are doing when you are in the bush.
S – Struggle. Physical and spiritual struggle. Struggle in business, family, life, etc.
H – The H tied to the S gives SHAME.

Bush can be a kingdom of darkness to someone - Colossians 1:12-13. Bush can be a place of delay – Deuteronomy 1:8. Bush is a place of no identification where talents, potentials, etc are hidden but tonight God is bringing you out. The bush is a lonely place, a place of no friendship, no associates except the bush-like
minded persons. Few things about David: He was that irrelevant man that heaven approved to take over. He was not the first born but God picked him to be the first, in matters of destiny overtaking is allowed. He was not an important person but had a kingdom colour. He was the smallest and the youngest but he carries anointing. Everyone is a product of what was transferred to him/her, but on the 28 days’ summit God will transfer to you what will make you relevant. The David that must come out of the bush is the David that will never be intimidated by the size of what intimidated others – 1 John 4:4.

The David that must come of the bush is that David that will put off what defeated others. Someone can be busy or functional but not relevant, just like David was busy in the bush but was not relevant to Israel. If you must be relevant in the palace, then you must get ready to put off what made others fail in your life and family.

Prayer: O Lord, whatever I carried on my head last year that did not help me to succeed, that did not help me to move forward, this year 2018 I put them off in Jesus name. Amen.
