Call to glory

Life people say is a set-up, sometimes it appears like a movie which is produced and directed by our Creator while we remain the casts. The Director had in mind that we act with impart in view but then some of us (Cast) have failed, that is why the movie is yet to be produced. We all have one life to live and after that we give a report but the big question is what will the report look like? Sometimes we see the inscription “Call to Glory” on the burial day and we cry when we miss loved ones to the cold hands of death, we weep and sometimes feel like it’s all over without the person and a little question drops in my mind “Why do people cry?”. On the other hand, you see another buried and very few or nobody is crying instead they are happy and you still ask “Why?”.

Let’s take a break there and look at another scenario… Have you ever wonder why some persons will never be allowed to leave a certain place? Instead they will want to pay anything just to retain the person, that’s inward content discovered. Each of us have a potential which must be put into work to impart into our little world. Why remain in a place for donkey years without creating an impart? You may not affect the lives of all but there must be a life to be affected. Dorcas in the bible was saved because of the lives she saved and affected. Use the gifting you have to affect lives while you still exist on earth before you depart the face of the earth. However, on the earlier issue we have people who we still celebrate even after they have died very many years ago just because of the imparts they created and those alive are not celebrated like that. The big question still remains “What will you be remembered for?”

 The song writer asked that question still pointing at when we shall leave the face of the earth with another asking “Must I go an empty handed, must I meet my Saviour so not one soul with which to greet Him…?”. We have countless number of people who are still in existence and making imparts while some have died but the imparts are still felt – Samuel Bill of Qua Iboe Church, Nelson Mandela of South Africa, Mary Slessor who stopped the killing of twin, John Wesley the founder of Methodist Church, and a whole lot of others too numerous to mention. Remember, you may not affect the whole world but the little corner you find yourself. Life is about imparts and anything outside that is just a waste of the essence of our existence.Sometimes you may not be remembered too quickly but don’t worry keep doing it for certainly there is a reward someday. Mordecai was remembered after many years of the impart he created in the land. Live to make an impart today, affect at least a life today, be remembered for something. Let people miss you, let them remember you for good. Stay positive while affecting lives.
