The term heart break is common among singles and most times lead them to do what they never planned to and sometimes live their life in pains and grief. Heart break is a bad feeling from a happening if presented to a common man. But then we shall look at few causes of heart break among singles in particular.
•Betrayal: Yes, this is one common reason for heart break. That moment the person you are in a relationship betray your trust for him/her. She was a devoted lady until she was caught in an ungodly act by him and that broke his heart. The moment Adam and Eve betrayed (disobeyed) God by eating what they were not to eat that relationship (fellowship) between God and man was shaking. Man broke God’s heart instantly.
•Lies: This may appear very simple but truth be told this is one common cause of heart breaks. I’m the owner of this house as well as that car and infact planning to build another. While still talking the real owner of the house and car returned to the country after 10 years and you can imagine what will happen.
•Testing: This sound strange right? The hall was set for the event and suddenly you hear “Testing the microphone, testing 1,2,3…” The sound engineer will end up dropping the microphone and never use it again. Now replace the microphone with either him/her, the person at the other end does not intend to stay in the relationship but will awake or start a relationship pretending to be serious with it and suddenly when all is about to be set will dump the relationship just like the sound engineer will drop the microphone.
•No Definition of Purpose: Bro. Taye and Sis. Bisi were very close to each other right from the university days and infact active members in the church and we all thought they will soon produce the finest wedding card but it was not forth coming. Bisi on the other hand was getting worried and waiting for the day Taye will break the news to her with the question “When are we going to see your parents?” Instead she saw a card from Taye and when she opened it the names were Shade weds Taye. What??? You were just like a sister to me Taye said while Bisi tried to wipe the tears running down her face. They never defined the relationship but lived on assumption.
•Living in the now: John was poor and was in a relationship with Ann but suddenly she left him because he was poor despite the fact that she was aware that he is a graduate. Five years later, she is married to a man who is well to do. She felt a wave of relief not until the husband went to visit John and had to introduce the John as his Boss in the office and infact the owner of the company where he is working… Ann fainted instantly. She never saw the future but saw just the now.
It is evident that heart breaks have never been good for any being and so all must be done to avoid it. If the five above is carefully dealt with then we will be able to conquer heart breaks.
